Filter Machine

Bag filter system is designed for optimum filtration performance. The range provides filtration solution for a broad variety of fluid applications in the process industry. They are particularly useful for filtering large volumes of high viscosity liquids. Bag filter is constructed of filter housing, filter bags, internal cage to support bags, positive sealing arrangement, & choice of end connections. The internal supports ensures bags will not burst as high differential pressures build up during operation. We have specially designed this machine to filter all types of resins like : -

- Paint - Polyamide Resin - Alkyd Resin - Lubricating Oil

- Unsaturated Polyester Resin - Saturated Polyester Resin - Acrylic Resin - Any kind of Liquid Materials, etc.

The machine is mounted on trolley so that it can be moved form one kettle to other easily. It is also much easy in working and maintenance. Only a single person can operate the machine. There is no wastages of the material. It saves your time, labour and expenses.

FILTER MACHINE INNER PART : -

OPERATION : -
The unfiltered material enters the filter housing through the input of the filter machine. The material is distributed around the nylon filter bags. As the material enters the housing there is S.S FLOAT which starts working inside, due to the working of the float the unfiltered material is moved outside the filter bags. Filtration takes place from inside to outside, the unfiltered material flows from inside to outside through nylon filter bags. The solid particles and micro particles are collected on the inside of the nylon filter bags. The particles can be easily removed from the nylon filter bags. The nylon filter bags can be washed with the solvent or other cleaning media. The material moves out of the filter bags and the filtered material exits from the output of the filter housing. And the filtered material is ready to be packed.

PARTS :-
1. Replacement Strainer Baskets : -
Heavy Duty baskets allow use of filter bags up to differential pressure. Available in all standard sizes.




2. Replacement ‘O’ Rings : -
We offer O Rings of Viton or Silicone rubber. A full range of Viton Rings are available for bag filter machine.




3. Floats : -
During filtration, they float in the filter bag, minimizing the amount of residual liquid present in the filter bag and reducing product loss. This eases the changing of the filter bags and eliminates the need for expensive pressure-aided draining systems.



4. Nylon Filter Bags : -
These type of filter bags are used for filtering purposes in the bag filter machine. Different mesh filter bags can be used.




5. Locking Nuts : -
Locking Nuts are used for locking the filter housing covers.




6. Filter Bags Holding Cap : -
These cap is used to hold the nylon filter bags in the filter housing.



CLEANING & MANITENANCE : -
The machine has to be cleaned after every batch is completed. Cleaning the machine is very important part to maintain good working of the machine. If the machine is been cleaned after every batch then there is no maintenance in it.
