
Attritor
mill or stirred ball mill as it is commonly known is manufactured by using
superior grade of steel. Attritor mill is used for grinding and blending
process for wet or dry materials. Attritor mill performance is great and
highly efficient. Attritor mill unique design consists of a top cover that
can be locked on to the main vessel. It is provided in two halves. It also
has Mild Steel Jacket for Cooling and an entire M.S Inlet, Outlet and Drain
Fitting. Attritor mill Stainless Steel Ball Valve and Strainers are
specifically designed for providing corrosion resistant and easy to clean
equipments. These Attritor mill are used in various applications in the
manufacturing of Paints, Inks, Coatings and Others.

Sand
Mill is non Pressurized Mills. The main chamber of sand mill consist of SS
304 shell-6-8mm thick MS cooling jacket having water inlet / outlet. The
main frame of the machine is totally enclosed in MS frame giving stream line
appearance. Sand mill is made of different capacities depending on the
clients requirement say 5 Ltrs., 10 Ltrs., 15 Ltrs. & 20 Ltrs. The
industrial sand mill consists of one main motor for driving SS shaft by
V-belt. SS shaft with grinding impellers are made of alloy steel with
hardened for longer life. Suitable bearing housing for the shaft / impeller.
One gear pump with 1HP motor for pumping the liquid into the grinding
chamber. Electrical starters for main motor and pump is provided with the
machine.

Bead
Mill reduce particles to sub micron size. Consisting of a cylindrical vessel
that contains a motor-driven central shaft, which is equipped with impellers
of different types. Bead mill comes with an enclosed vessel. While operating
this enclosed vessel is filled with grinding media, agitator shaft activates
media, creating shearing and strong forces. Rotation of agitator imparts
energy to surrounding media. Forces either fracture, tear, or crush
particulate. Bead mill can be operated continuously since it is equipped
with devices, which retain the beads within the milling chamber. Then the
final product is evenly dispersed in liquid. This bead mills are batch
process machine for size reduction and dispersing of paints, inks, coatings
etc. The bead mill consists of a grinding vessel inside which rotates a
shaft fitted with impeller disc. The grinding media and the charged material
are filled into the vessel and the shaft is run at a very high speed for a
particular time till dispersion is achieved. Vessel with jacket arrangements
is provided as a standard feature.
